Happy Halloween Spidey!

Just when the weekend couldn't get any more exciting...It was Halloween on Monday!  Needless to say I was a little worn out by this time....So even though I had a moment (like 2 minute moment) of thinking I'd dress up for Halloween, I didn't!  Maybe next year.  Molly was dressed as a baby cheetah (with a tutu?  I think I'll take any chance I get to put her in a tutu) and Paulie was Spiderman (duh!).  Paul was a super tough Ironman and I was supporting wife! :)

My cute little nugget of a cheetah (or is she a leopard?).

Family pic!  I CAN NOT believe we are all sitting still and looking at the camera.  Would it be weird if Spiderman was on our Christmas cards?

Where's Paulie?  Oh he's the one taking the picture!

Nana and her tutu wearing cheetah!

My mom was in town visiting for Paulie's birthday, so she was able to stay home and hand out candy while the four of us went trick or treating!  Molly, sit down girl!

Molly enjoys being chauffeured around the hood in her red ride!  First stop was our neighbor and friends' house, The Millers!  We went trick or treating in a group (that's how we roll here in Cinco).

Close up of Makena, I mean Jimbo!  (Makena insists on being called Jimbo and will not answer to anything but...And she'll correct you if you even reference her former name.  Kids!)

Bumble Bee Malia!

Our first official stop for candy!  Yahoo!  This year was by far the most fun with Paulie.  He was SO into Halloween, decorations, costumes, and trick or treating!

Although we might have to be a Ninja or Pirate next year because we saw quite a few of those this year and Paulie had sword envy!  We went to our neighborhood party and Paulie was striking his best Spiderman move when another kid whipped out a sword.  Paulie didn't back down, but he later came over to me and in a very matter of fact kind of way said, "Mama, I really need a sword."
**That, my friend, is not a member of the Taliban in the background but an Adult Ninja!

Oh there's another Pirate...And Cleopatra!  I said, "Oh it's Cleopatra, I love your costume!"  She said, "How did you know I was Cleopatra?"  Kids!

We (and I say we because I mean Paul and I) lasted for about an hour and half before returning home to put the kiddos in bed!  Paulie was W-I-R-E-D and not from candy but just the pure excitement of the night!  I love kids and their enthusiasm for life!

Paulie and Molly are SUPER adorable in their costumes!! I'm so glad you all had a fun Halloween! I love the family picture on the porch too! (Spiderman on your Christmas card would be hilarious, by the way!) And it is pretty much the funniest thing I've ever heard that that beautiful, sweet little girl goes by "Jimbo"! Too funny! Thanks for sharing your awesome Halloween pics, Kyra!! :)
